Arrest Warrants Issued for 20 Israelis in Koh Samui Business Crackdown
As part of an ongoing Thai law enforcement operation targeting foreign business networks using Thai nominee shareholders, the Koh Samui Provincial Court has issued arrest warrants for 20 Israeli citizens. This represents the largest group of foreign nationals targeted in the investigation to date. Among those taken into custody is prominent 45-year-old real estate developer Gal Bieber, who was arrested by Bo Phut police and Surat Thani immigration officers. Authorities allege Bieber submitted false information to public officials for entry into official documents and illegally managed businesses restricted to Thai citizens.
